What are the best supplements for muscle building?

Sorry if that sounds harsh, but in my experience most people who are looking for the best supplements for muscle building are very often looking for the wrong things! In this article Ill tell you what you should be doing, and if you are absolutely set on supplements then Ill tell you where to focus. Ready?

Remember how it was some years ago, you used to see lots of glossy shiny colorful full page ads in all the health magazines advertising the latest 'scientific' supplements. They would all scream out - THESE ARE THE BEST SUPPLEMENTS FOR MUSCLE BUILDING' yeah right! Why dont you see those ads now - because they dont work! People got wise to that, and also the law stepped in and actually stopped a lot of the bogus claims that were being made.

Actually, the truth is there is only one supplement that you really really need, and that is food! Yup, the stuff that youve been putting into your mouth since the day you were born is actually the only answer I would give to the question of what are the best suppliments for muscle building.

Now I know that a lot of body builders also advise using creatine, but frankly, I think thats unnecessary. In fact, I know that its unnecessary because there are some amazing fitness pioneers out there who are proving my point everyday.

Take Tom Venuto for example. Hes never used supplements but has developed an amazing body with his own system. In fact, he even guarantees that he can help anyone develop a superb body as well, without supplements!

So you see, you shouldnt worry about trying to find out the best supplements. Some pioneering professionals are developing their bodies without supplements and you can do the same. Eat lots of protein, fruit and vegetables, have 6 meals a day, drink 5-8 glasses of water a day and watch your body take shape. I see it happen with my clients all the time!
