How often should I work out?Answered By Matthew Boherty - Four 5-minute sessions of exercise routines; - Two 10-minute work out sessions; or - 20-minute continuous exercise routines. Keep in mind that twenty minutes is considered to be the minimum prescribed time for your work out in one day.
