How should I pick a trainer to help with strength training?

Answered By Matthew Boherty

If you plan to do strength training, hiring a personal trainer can be a good investment. He or she can help you achieve your goals in strength training and also do it safely. Here are some of the things you should look for a personal trainer:

- He or she must have a CPR certification to ensure you that they know what to do in case accidents occur during the training session.

- He or she should be a certified personal trainer.

- He or she should ensure your safety at all times and will never force you to do reps if you are no longer able to.

These are some of the things you should look for in a personal trainer to ensure you a proper and safe way to do strength training.
