How often should I change my workout routine?
Answered By Matthew Boherty
To avoid potential training plateaus (not achieving the same results as you did at the beginning of your workout routine), it is wise that you change your workout routine every four to six weeks. If you will delay the change longer, there is a great chance of hitting such training plateau.
