How many reps should I do to build muscle?

The recommended repetition range you can do in order to build lean muscle for all exercises is between 4 to 6 repetitions for your last, heavy sets. However, keep in mind that it does not include warm ups or acclimation sets—just your last sets only. It will help you in stimulating your muscle fibers to handle the additional stress that will be placed upon your muscles.
