What can I do to prevent weight training injuries?

Weight training injuries occur because of improper use of weights. In order to avoid weight training injuries, you should follow the recommended set of weights that your weight instructor assigned you. People usually add weights without consulting their instructors because they want to build muscles quickly. However, this is a common misconception. Weight training requires hard work and a lot of time in order to get the body you want. Do not add weights if you haven't finished your training in a particular set of weights.
