How do I know when I am injuring myself working out?
Answered By Matthew Boherty
When working out, you will experience two kinds of pain, which is the good pain and the bad pain. A good pain will feel like a dull ache on the muscles that you worked out. In bad pain, you will feel a sharp pain that occurs in a specific part of the body, this will mean that you are injured.
