How can I avoid post workout muscle soreness?

It is unavoidable that you will experience pain after working out. This is a sign that you have worked out well and your muscle is sore. After working out, you should rest, apply ice on the sore muscle, apply pressure on the injured site, and elevate the injured area. This can help alleviate the pain and helps the muscles to heal faster.
