Does this sound right? Found it on Bodybuilding.com. 3 day workout for mass?

Can you answer Jay J’s question about Bodybuilding?:

Dumbbell Pullovers 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Barbell Overhead Shoulder Press 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Seated Rows 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Bench Press 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Barbell Bicep Curls 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Tricep Extensions 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Weighted Pullups 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Weighted Dips 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Abs - 1 X 10 - 15 reps

Thats it, and you do this every other day. Does this sound right?

    Bodybuilding Feedback: I guess, if you found it on that site. Its a great site. Kind of weird how they didn’t put Squats on there though…squats are amazing and help build overall mass, not just on your legs.

    Bodybuilding Feedback: yea, its a fullbody workout. except i dont see anything for legs.

    Bodybuilding Feedback: well yes and no.. you are missing legs and its not in the right order.. start with the largest muscles and more complex?harder exercises and work your way down.
