Bodybuilding Feedback: General conditioning refers to your overall health and generally geared toward promoting a life long fitness regimen. It combines cardio exercise, resistance training, stretching and nutrition with respects to living a healthy lifestyle. A bodybuilding program would consist of progressive weight training, cardio and nutrition.
Bodybuilding Feedback: General Conditioning builds endurance without adding bulk
which is recommended.
An intense program of heavy weights with few reps will build muscle.
FYI: you don’t have to take creatine or anything like that to help you gain muscle. Only exercise can do that.
Hope this helps!
