What bodybuilding supplements are safe to take for a 14 year old to take?

Bodybuilding Feedback: nothing
A multivitamin and fish oil are safe. Protein shakes are fine. Don’t take anything else. Nothing else with help you make any other gains. You’re still young and your natural growth hormone is enough.
You won’t benefit from anything else. Just get your fruits and veggies.

but u could take like those vitamin tablets ya to make u have vitamins oooo and u can drink milk and drop sugar drinks they say that most kids who choose milk over sugarey drinks have a tone and muscler body
Bodybuilding Feedback: It won’t do you any good. All you need is a multivitamin. You don’t know how to properly work out yet; don’t even disagree with me and say you do…. I have been working out for longer than you have been alive and once you hit high school, maybe in a year or two, you should take creatine, protein, and a multivitamin.
Once you get a good base, then blow your money on supplements like that. You wont be harming yourself, it just may be considered useless. Take it from me kid, I have moved up in the world and moved up in bodybuilding…. I now use gear, along with some other supplements. Don’t even think about gear untill you are 21 or over.
Bodybuilding Feedback: first off make sure you have a solid diet and get at least 1g per pound of ur bodyweight in protein. supplements SUPPLEMENT a good diet soo once thats solid you should be good with whey protein, a multi and creatine monohydrate(no loading 5g per day). find a good lifting program and have fun!!
Taking protein shakes are fine so far. Im 14 as well and i workout as well. Like everyone else says, we are too young because our muscles are still developing and its 100% true. You can still keep taking your shakes but i will recommend taking fish oils and multi-vitamin as well. I take Alive! multi-vitamins which are EXTREMELY great for you and your body. Look it up on Google if you want. Just keep working out and enjoy it. And its cool to think that in like 4 years we will be really jacked up. Like i said, just keep working out and take whatever you want, just dont do supplements till like 17.
