Can you answer commloan’s question about Bodybuilding?:
I once heard that ephedrine could make it look like you use methamphedimines. Is this true? are there any others that can give a false test reading?

Bodybuilding Feedback: In the short answer, yes.
Most manufacturing plants also produce other products. To give you an example. There was a product that was sold to people who works out, the powder or actives, was produced in a plant that also makes Dianabol (a steroid). The actives for the supplement was produced after the Dianabol, and the supplement was tainted with small doses of the steroid.
To answer your question about the ephedrine, I am pretty sure you have to take numerous amount of it for it to convert to meth. That is why the gov decide to ban people from purchasing ridiculous amounts to be converted to meth.
Bodybuilding Feedback: Ephedrine is closely related to the amphetamines, and has similar effects.
Since most urine tests test for metabolites of drugs, rather than the drugs themselves, and since amphetamines and ephedrine have the same metabolites, ephedrine could cause a positive result for amphetamine.
There are dozens of supplements, foods, drugs, and diseases that can cause false positives on drug tests. Too many to list.
