One guy at my gym i worked out with him last thursday spotted him on 450 bench.He said he has been bodybuilding for 1 year and all natural.He is not that big kinda small.May be like 220lbs at 5.9 or something like that.19 inch arms may be.Ya whatever.Back to my question.Is it possible to bench that much in 1 year.

I always wanted to become an amateur bodybuilder and i train for size not for strength.
Is it too late to train for strength.I am almost 20 by the way.
And can someone tell me the basics of powerlifting how do these people get this strong to bench 1000+.
sum benching your own bodyweight is no big deal.I can bench 300+ only at 192lbs i never trained for strength as of now i only focused on the size and i am no big guy.

BODYBUILDING QUESTION ON WORKOUT ROUTINE + CREATINE?

Just wondering what some of you do to switch up you’re routine. For bench/tricep days, usually I’ll start out with F bench, then incline, then do all my tricep workouts, then do dumbbell flyes last, but someone told me to switch it up even though I dont think its a big of a deal as he says. Just wondering youre thoughts on what I should do.
P.S. What is youre opinion on creatine and did it help you. I took it before didnt notice any difference, but everyone keeps saying it works so Im thinking about getting a cheap GNC brand
