Just wondering what some of you do to switch up you’re routine. For bench/tricep days, usually I’ll start out with F bench, then incline, then do all my tricep workouts, then do dumbbell flyes last, but someone told me to switch it up even though I dont think its a big of a deal as he says. Just wondering youre thoughts on what I should do.

P.S. What is youre opinion on creatine and did it help you. I took it before didnt notice any difference, but everyone keeps saying it works so Im thinking about getting a cheap GNC brand

One of my friends has been getting REALLY bad skin problems lately, and he complains that his skin is always dry. I suspect it might have something to do with his diet as he is a bodybuilder and might be taking some weird supplements (I will ask him later anyway.)

I have been in a police academy now for about 2 months or so. Since I have started, we do a lot of PT and running. I have lost nearly 10 to 15 pounds. I want to regain that weight and was thinking of maybe starting to take a supplement. Would creatine be sufficient or do you recommend anything else?
