Can you answer ChicagoCarl’s question about Bodybuilding?:
I am working out 6 days a week alternating upperbody and lower body (core everyday) but also doing 30 minutes of cardio everyday. Is that enough cardio if I am trying to tone and lose weight moreso than gain muscle? Also does it make a difference if you do cardio or the weight training first?

I want to lose weight, i have about 33 more pounds to go. does cardio mixed with resistance training help to lose weight faster than cardio alone? should i use the dumbells twice a week or not at all? thanks

I used to do an hour of cardio but that got boring. So i started doing 45 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of weight training. I have noticed that I didn’t lose any weight, but rather gained weight. If i stop doing weight training and return to cardio will my muscle become fat?
