Can you answer Cassandra Goth’s question about Bodybuilding?:
I’m 14 and I can’t do any push-ups because my arms are too weak, so I’ve decided to start weight training with dumbbells. I have 7 pound ones and I bought a light resistance band. Should I get heavier weights or can I just use the ones I have?

hi_ serious ? so answer correctly thank you. im 17 and i exercise about 3 times a week… mostly cardio. i am 5′4 and 117 lbs and im comfortable with my body however i wish my chest was a tad more perky- er… are push ups something that can be a solution to my problem? if not, what should i do to achieve this? surgery not an option. Thank you for any comments.

I just recently bought a weight set. It has the ability to do bench and inclined bench press, butterflyes, a leg lifter thing, dumbells where I can add as much weight as I want, and a thing where you can put your arms to use a curling bar (I also bought a curling bar). I also bought an excercise ball to help me do sit-ups and push-ups. Anyone know any or know of a website that can help me get started on a weight lifting and workout routine? Greatly appreciated.
