Where can I find the best information for sculpting my body without gaining more mass?

Can you answer Charlie K’s question about Bodybuilding?:

I am a 28 year old male, I’m 5′10″ and weigh 230. I would like to lose weight and sculpt my body. I have been able to get into “good” shape before, but I would like to get in “great” shape. A couple years ago I got down to 200 pounds while lifting and running, but I still felt like I was too big. I’m not looking to add mass or strength, which is what I seem to do when working out, I would just like to tone up and lose weight. What’s the best way to obtain this, or where on the web is the best information for this kind of workout? I am specifically looking for the 6-pack and well-formed pecs and arms.
