How do you know if you have good genes for bodybuilding?

Can you answer justinyii’s question about Bodybuilding?:

Or what im trying to say is that, how do you know if you got good genes for muscle if that makes sense. BEcause me and my brother use to workout in the gym for maybe 4 times a week for like 3 months without really a schedule just lifting some weights here and there without any knowledge of bodybuilding. And right now we are in pretty good shape.

Where can I find the best information for sculpting my body without gaining more mass?

Can you answer Charlie K’s question about Bodybuilding?:

I am a 28 year old male, I’m 5′10″ and weigh 230. I would like to lose weight and sculpt my body. I have been able to get into “good” shape before, but I would like to get in “great” shape. A couple years ago I got down to 200 pounds while lifting and running, but I still felt like I was too big. I’m not looking to add mass or strength, which is what I seem to do when working out, I would just like to tone up and lose weight. What’s the best way to obtain this, or where on the web is the best information for this kind of workout? I am specifically looking for the 6-pack and well-formed pecs and arms.

What is the best book on bodybuilding?

Can you answer Guinness’s question about Bodybuilding?:

/weight training… for the amateur and intermediate? Besides The Bodybuilding Bible for Men (which is a great read), what is a better book or read online that gives advice on the mental part of it all- the ‘mind-body connection’ (as mentioned in book above). Something motivating and real- not phony in terms of expectations of a certain workout.

Thanks
Sorry for not mentioning, Grapeape, that I’ve already read Body for Life by Bill Phillips.

Thanks, though.
