What is better for strength: barbells or dumb bells?

    Bodybuilding Feedback: Both. A straight bar (barbell) is for mass of your biceps, you will always be able to do more weight because your using both biceps to curl it. Dumb bells give you the shape and lets you isolate your bicep, so you arent using other muscles while you lift.
